•Following current CDC and Local Governments' guidelines, face masks are required at ALL times on property and during your private lesson.

•Temperatures will be taken upon arrival.

•We suggest shorts and a tank top for pole dancing attire, heals are optional but we DO suggest bare foot is best. We also suggest no lotion or jewelry, lotion makes your pole hard to grip and we do not want you to ruin your jewelry (we are not responsible for any jewelry lost or left behind). Bring your cameras and be prepared to have a GREAT TIME!!

• You must be 18+ to take the class.
• No men or children allowed to watch, however males can participate in lesson.

• When booking a party, you can give us a guesstimate head count at the time of booking. We will call you five days before your event to confirm your event, get a final headcount and answer any questions you may have. If the final headcount changes after that you must give us at least 48 hours to change your reservation in our system or you will be committed to your contracted party price. We will not be able to charge a lower rate unless you give us enough time to update the system.

• Parties booked within FOUR days of their event date will be subject to a late booking fee of $40.

• Prices do not include 6.625% sales tax or 18 % gratuity for your pole instructor; these will be added to your final party price. Pole party balances must be paid in cash or check prior to the start of your party.

• Any checks bounced due to insufficient funds will result into a $25 returned check fee.

• 24hr cancellation notice is required for all bookings or no-show fee will be applied. No show/late cancellation fee is $40.
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, securing your time slot for 80 minutes and 50 minutes private pole and chair dancing parties. The deposit goes towards your party price.

• $50 holiday fee will apply for any parties scheduled on a holiday weekend. Include but not limited too 2021 dates May 29th-31st July 3rd- July 5th, September 4th - September 6th and December 31st- January 1st, 2021. $35 after hours fee for parties 9 PM and later.
• The Organizer is responsible to collect payment and signed liability waivers from attendees prior to booked party.
• A confirmation agreement will be sent to the Organizer after deposit is made. The Organizer must sign and return the confirmation agreement five days before your event.
• Your 50 or 80 minutes starts at your booked time and we are not responsible for late guests; there is a 15 minute window until the next booked party to allow for DEEP CLEANING so if you are late we will not be able to make up any of your missed time so please be on time! No show/late cancellation fee is $40.
• You may set up light décor such as balloons, banner, streamers, etc. but must take down after your party.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your class to sign in and you will have 10 minutes to clean up. An additional $25 will be applied if you don't clean up!

• Want more time to mingle after your lesson is over or get ready for your next destination? You can rent additional time to use the studio after your party; 30 minutes for $50 or 60 minutes for $75. Please reserve additional time upon booking.

• We are authorized to charge your credit card on file for any incidentals and /or fees that may occur.

• Alcohol is not permitted in the studio.
• Pictures are encouraged!
